We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cart Tek ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
